The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.


Our Standard head size is 22 3/4". Custom head sizes are available after proper measurements have been provided.


Q: Can I provide special instructions with my order?


A: You can include special instructions for orders during checkout. In your shopping cart, click “Checkout” on the Payment page, type your special instructions or comments in the Special Instructions text box. Click Place Order to continue with the checkout process.

Payment must be made via credit card or prepaid certified funds.


Q: How long does it take to complete an order.


A: Completed orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks via UPS or USPS (Priority/Overnight). Signature confirmation is required for all residential address unless specified by the customer.


Please order in sufficient time for your event. Rush orders will incur additional cost.


Q: Can I return or exchange my order?


A: It is the goal that every Lady of Distinction and Gallant Man be satisfied with their purchase as we strive to provide high quality in each distinct design. Due to the nature of each custom made designs, there are no  exchanges or refunds for shipped items.  Sales are final and non-refundable or returnable.


If a design is damaged during transit, a replacement will be provided.  To notify us of a damaged item, you may contact Mr. Sax Unlimited, LLC via phone or email.

In an effort to be compliant to all federal and local laws of taxation and resale,

Mr. Sax Unlimited is requesting the following be sent via email or US Mail:


• Company Tax ID

• A current copy of your business license

• An active web address or proof of a physical store
